Dr. Rich did an extremely thorough examination and based his diagnosis off of more than just x-rays. X-rays were sent from another clinic and two were poor quality so he had the staff retake them with no extra charge. He slowly walked me through the “why” behind each of his findings and recommendations, pointing out various things on the pictures/ x-rays to help me understand. I was coming from a different dentist and he showed me exactly what they were noticing and why he believed treatment was or was not necessary in those areas. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!!
